About us
I've been doing 3D printing on a hobby level for three years, planning for a year. I design and manufacture personalized decorations and parts with 3D printers with FDM technology. The printing is fast, simple, environmentally friendly, the printed object is time-proof and hard-working.

PLA
PLA is abiopolimerproduced from renewable sources such as maize starch or sugar cane. It is therefore biodegradable under industrial conditions and does not emit unpleasant, toxic odors during printing
Benefits:
- Dignity:It's a hard and rigid substance that provides good formatting.
- Easy print:It melts at lower temperatures and has minimal shrinkage (thermal expansion), so the corners do not bend, and there is no necessarily need for heated tray.
- Aesthetics:Very detailed prints can be made with it and can be found in lots of colors, even with special effects (silky, matt, wood or metal).
Discounts and limitations:
- Cold:Although strong, not flexible. With a higher blow or tension, it breaks rather than bend.
- Low temperature resistance:That's his greatest weakness. Already50-60°Cit starts to soften up so it is not suitable for cars (summer), places exposed to direct sunlight or storage of hot liquids. (FDM printed articles are generally not suitable for food storage)
PETG
PETG is basically the same substance from which the soda bottles are made, but it is modified with glycol to avoid being too cold and easier to print.
Main advantages:
- UV resistance:It can withstand direct sunlight more than PLA, so it is more suitable for outdoor use.
- Heat resistance:Whether75-80°CIt can be suitable for accessories or lamp bodies used in cars.
- Mechanical strength:It is not as cold as PLA. It is more impact resistant and has a minimum flexibility, so it would rather bend under load but not break immediately.
- Excellent layer grip:The layers are highly interconnected, resulting in more durable, robust parts.
- Chemical resistance:It resists acids, alkali and water.
TPU
The main feature of TPU is called Shorehold. It's a scale that shows how soft the substance is. For example, 85A is like a heel, and 95A-98A is like a harder skateboard or a phone case.
Benefits:
- Addendum:It may be the best layer-stick material; it is almost impossible to tear it apart along the layers.
- Flexibility and availability:He can withstand repeated bending without breaking or tiring.
- Impact absorption:Extremely soothing vibrations and blows.
- Braking resistance:It is very difficult to wear off, so it is ideal for industrial rollers or protective cover.
PLA-CF és PLA-GF
